P3.express is a down to earth, minimalist, yet effective project management methodology standing on the shoulders of PRINCE2® and PMBOK® Guide with practices from XP, DSDM and Scrum. This is how it works:
• There's a Project Flow that explains everything you need to do in 37 activities, organized in Cycles.
• Then, there are a few roles defined in the Project Team.
• And of course, you have a number of "documents" (9 elements to be precise). To make it as simple as possible, templates are available for all of them, and you even have Solution Packages that tell you how to integrate them and use with normal pieces of software, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Apps, etc.
Main learning outcomes
• Understanding of simple and yet effective project management methodology.
• Knowing how PMBOK, PRINCE2 and Agile can be integrated into one.
• Getting familiar with project management templates and Solution Packages.
