Originally developed by the United Kingdom government, today it is not only de-facto the most popular project management standard in the UK, but it’s also widely used all over the World. PRINCE2 is also known for its friendliness to Agile philosophy and its methods. This combined framework is known as PRINCE2 Agile.
This course covers the PRINCE2 methodology, principles, themes, processes and terminology. All of these are required for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam, which will be taken on the third day.
